Ingredients:
2 cups ricotta or small curd cottage cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan or Romao cheese
1 package Garden Spinach Dip Mix (unprepared)
8-9 cups spaghetti sauce (homemade or store bought)
12 uncooked lasagna noodles
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (16 oz)
3/4 cups water
1/4 cup grated Parmesan or shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions: Mix ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese or Romano Cheese, and Garden Spinach dip mix. Spread 2-3 cups spaghetti sauce in greased rectangular pan, 13 x 9 x 2 inches, top with 4-6 noodles. Spread cheese mixture over uncooked noodles. Spread 2-3 cups spaghetti sauce and top with 4-6 noodles, repeat with mozzarella cheese. Spread with remaining spaghetti sauce. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup Parmesan or Romano cheese. Pour water over all. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cover with aluminum foil and bake 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 30 minutes longer or until hot and bubbly. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Let stand 15 minutes before cutting. Makes 8 servings.
Ingredients:
1 2 lb Beef Tenderloin
4 cloves garlic finely chopped
4 Tbsp. olive oil
1 package Tomato Horseradish Dip Mix or Heavenly Horseradish Dip Mix
Directions: Trim fat off of beef tenderloin. Place in a baking dish. Sprinkle entire dip package and garlic over it. Drizzle olive oil dip on top and bake in a preheated oven at 400 for 30 minutes or to desired tenderness. Remove and let stand for 10 mintues before serving.
