Veggie Dips:
Add entire package to 1 cup mayonnaise and 1 cup sour cream. (We STRONGLY recommend Ken's Mayo)
Non-Fat Directions: Substitute Fat-Free mayonnaise and Fat-Free sour cream OR 16 oz plain yogurt.
Refrigerate 1-2 hours before serving.
Optional: Can also be used for seasonings, rubs, and marinades. Great mixed with 16 oz of plain cream cheese to make a spread for crackers or for bagels!
Olive Oil Dip:
Roasted Garlic & Herb Olive Oil Dip: Add entire package to 1 teaspoon water, mix and let stand for 5 minutes. Then add 3/4 - 1 cup regular Olive Oil and mix thoroughly. Pour onto plate and serve with crusty Italian breads for dipping. Also makes a great Shrimp Scampi! Use as a base for vegetable stir fry, saute chicken, potatoes, or fish.
Tuscan Blend: Add entire pacakge to 1 teaspoon of water, mix and let stand for 5 minutes. Then add 1 cup of regular Olive Oil and mix thoroughly. Add 2 Tablespoons grated Romano OR 2 Tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese and mix. Pour onto plate for a tasty bread dip or over pasta. Use as a marinade or base for vegetables, potatoes, chicken, or fish.
